Throughout her career, she has worked to connect governments, investors, private-sector organizations and development institutions to unlock sustainable economic opportunities.

As CEO, she sets GTBC's strategic vision, leading the firm's international growth while ensuring every client benefits from practical, innovative, results-driven solutions.

Henrietta Tackie-Yarboi

Director of International Affairs

Henrietta leads GTBC's international engagement, strategic partnerships and development initiatives. She brings significant expertise in finance, financial management, budgeting, operational planning and organizational strategy — strengthening institutional partnerships while supporting clients with sound financial planning and sustainable growth.

She plays a key role in GTBC's engagement with governments, development agencies and global stakeholders.

Eddieta Mensah

Risk & Governance Lead

Eddieta strengthens GTBC's governance frameworks, compliance systems and organizational accountability. She oversees risk management to ensure GTBC operates in line with regulatory requirements, ethical standards and international best practice.

She works closely with project teams to embed sound governance and risk management throughout client engagements.

Selina Adjei

Director of European Affairs

Selina supports GTBC's European Affairs portfolio as an independent advisor, contributing to strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement and business development across Europe. Drawing on a background in financial collaboration, she strengthens relationships between European institutions, investors, businesses and African partners.

Her multilingual, cross-cultural expertise enables GTBC to engage effectively across diverse European markets.

Caroline Martin

Director, North America & Principal Consultant

Caroline brings more than a decade of experience in operations, client relations, procurement and business development across North America and West Africa, spanning aviation, hospitality, telecommunications and B2B distribution.

At GTBC, she leads client engagement, procurement coordination, project delivery and business development — ensuring clients receive practical, efficient, results-oriented consulting.

Sarah Crane

Senior Strategic Advisor – Organizational Transformation & Global Partnerships

Sarah Crane serves as GTBC's Senior Strategic Advisor – Organizational Transformation & Global Partnerships, bringing nearly two decades of senior leadership experience from the public sector in Canada. She specialises in organisational transformation, strategic communications, team leadership and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on strengthening relationships and navigating complex systems.

Sarah brings North American and global perspectives to GTBC's strategic advisory work, supporting organisational development, strategic partnerships and initiatives focused on equity, social justice and sustainable impact. Her experience in culture transformation and systems change strengthens GTBC's ability to support organisations navigating growth, change and complex stakeholder environments.
