Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 August 2026
Global Trust Bridge Consulting ("GTBC", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have.
Who we are
Global Trust Bridge Consulting is a corporate advisory firm registered in Ghana, with offices at Loxwood House, Nii Opey Street, East Legon, Accra, Ghana. For any privacy question, you can reach us at contact@globaltrustbridgeconsulting.com.
What information we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us, through the forms on this site:
- Contact form (/contact/): your name, email address and message.
- SSCCI membership form (/sscci/): your first and last name, email address, and — if you provide them — your company/institution, job title, organisation type, how you'd like to contribute, and how you heard about SSCCI.
We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not collect personal data automatically as you browse.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, evaluate a partnership or membership request, and — where relevant — to follow up about the opportunity you've described. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing you haven't asked for.
Who we share it with
Form submissions on this site are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service that forwards your submission to our email inbox. Web3Forms acts as a data processor on our behalf; we don't share your information with any other third party except where required by law.
Legal basis for processing
Where the UK/EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, our legal basis for processing your information is your consent, given by voluntarily submitting a form, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services and initiatives. Where the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) applies, we process your data with your consent and in a manner consistent with that Act's data protection principles.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry and application data for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain a reasonable record of the engagement, and delete or anonymise it when it's no longer needed for that purpose.
Your rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@globaltrustbridgeconsulting.com and we'll respond as promptly as we can.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts and most images are served directly from our own hosting; a small number of photographs are loaded from Unsplash's content delivery network, which — like any external resource — receives your browser's IP address when the image loads. We use no analytics or advertising services.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for businesses, institutions and professional individuals, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal reasons. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
