Leila Sinare is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Global Trust Bridge Consulting (GTBC). An Accounting and Economic Finance Specialist, she has extensive experience in international business development, strategic consulting, investment facilitation and cross-border partnership development. Throughout her career, Leila has worked to connect governments, investors, private sector organisations and development institutions to unlock sustainable economic opportunities. Her leadership focuses on facilitating international trade and investment, strengthening institutional partnerships, and supporting projects that create long-term social and economic impact.
As CEO, she provides the strategic vision for GTBC, leading the firm's international growth while ensuring every client benefits from practical, innovative and results-driven solutions.
Henrietta Tackie-Yarboi
Director of International Affairs
Henrietta Tackie-Yarboi serves as GTBC's Director of International Affairs, leading the organisation's international engagement, strategic partnerships, and development initiatives. She brings significant expertise in finance, financial management, budgeting, operational planning, and organisational strategy. Her experience enables GTBC to build strong institutional partnerships while supporting clients with sound financial planning and sustainable organisational growth. Henrietta plays a key role in strengthening GTBC's international collaborations and ensuring successful engagement with governments, development agencies and global stakeholders.
Eddieta Mensah
Risk & Governance Lead
Eddita Mensah is GTBC's Risk & Governance Lead, responsible for strengthening governance frameworks, compliance systems and organisational accountability.
She oversees risk management processes to ensure that GTBC operates in accordance with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and international best practices. Her work supports effective governance, organisational transparency and operational resilience while protecting the firm's mission, reputation and long-term sustainability. Eddita also works closely with project teams to embed sound governance and risk management principles throughout client engagements.
Selina Adjei
Director of European Affairs
Selina Adjei supports GTBC's European Affairs portfolio as an Independent Advisor, contributing to strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement and business development across Europe. Drawing on her background in financial collaboration, she works to strengthen relationships between European institutions, investors, businesses and African partners. Her multtlingual capabilities and cross-cultural expertise enable GTBC to engage effectively across diverse European markets.
Caroline Martin
Director – North America & Principal Consultant
Caroline Martin serves as GTBC's Director for North America and Principal Consultant, bringing more than a decade of experience in operations, client relations, procurement and business development across North America and West Africa. Her international career has enabled her to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and strategic partners across diverse industries, including aviation, hospitality, telecommunications and B2B distribution. She has consistently delivered results through strategic planning, contract negotiation, stakeholder engagement and operational excellence. At GTBC, Caroline leads client engagement, procurement coordination, project delivery and business development initiatives, ensuring clients receive practical, efficient, and results-oriented consulting services.
